Green Energy Trading (GET) is an Accredited Certificate Provider under the New South Wales Energy Savings Scheme, an Accredited Person under the Victorian Energy Efficiency Target and operates in the SA REPS. GET works with a variety of clients on residential, commercial and large-scale projects. GET has direct access to energy savings schemes and broader industry analysis and advisory via its sister company Green Energy Markets (GEM). GEM produces Energy Efficiency Snapshots (EES), a monthly subscription-based certificate creation report covering the VEU and ESS. EES tracks the supply and demand balance of energy efficiency certificates, provides competitor analysis, calculates agent creations and determines creation levels by activity. Additional analyses and insights are published in ESC Snapshot and VEEC Snapshot. GEM undertakes commissioned analyses and advisory services on energy efficiency market and policy issues. GET is an associate member of the Energy Efficiency Council, the Smart Energy Council and the Carbon Market Institute.
In 2019, GET purchased part of National Carbon Bank of Australia(NCBA).
Green Energy & Carbon Management is a sister company of GET, established in 2022 and located at the Head Office. The team of experienced engineers provide services across a range of disciplines with demonstrated capabilities in auditing, opportunity identification and development, and energy management.
