Econova® group, comprising Ecogenica®, Eco Alliance and Eco Light Up, is an Australian-owned group representing specialised entities working together committed to advancing innovation, efficiency and sustainability in the energy sector. The group has a strong research and development focus to deliver affordable, energy efficient solutions to households across Australia and overseas.

The Econova group's founding entity was established before 2010 with a commitment to sustainable technology, first leading energy-efficient LED lighting upgrades and later expanding into advanced hot water heat pump solutions. Since launching its first Dynaheat heat pump model in 2017, the group has manufactured more than 350,000 units for the Australian market.

The expanded brand portfolio reflects the evolution of the group.

Econova® is a dedicated brand focused on the supply of energy efficient products to business. With significant investment in research and product development, the company leverages continuous improvement from extensive lab testing and innovation. This integrated approach ensures Econova® can deliver reliable, compliant and future-ready solutions that meet the evolving needs of the Australian market.

Ecogenica® is the customer-facing arm of the business, providing direct installation of energy efficient solutions through accredited installers, along with comprehensive after-sales Australian support.

Eco Alliance® is an Authorised Retailer under the Solar Victoria hot water program and partners with Ecogenica® to deliver solutions under that program.

Eco Light Up now operates as an accredited certificate creator under programs across Australia: an Accredited Provider under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program, an Accredited Person (AP) under the NSW Energy Saving Scheme and NSW Peak Demand Reduction Scheme, and approved under the Commonwealth government's Small-Scale Renewable Energy Scheme.

Historically, Eco Light Up was the first brand to market in the group, delivering LED lighting upgrades. Then, Eco Alliance represented the first generation of heat pumps and installation services, followed by Ecogenica® launched to deliver second-generation heat pump products and direct-to-consumer solutions. Econova® marks the group’s future direction — an exclusively reseller-focused brand committed to supplying innovative, high-efficiency technologies to partners across Australia and emerging markets.
